About Sue Gathercole

Personal Trainer Offering Fitness Support & Encouragement

Sue Gathercole has been passionate about health and fitness all her life and loves to help people achieve their physical fitness potential and grow their confidence. No matter how young or old you are it is great fitness and well being is possible.
Having been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 16 years ago. Sue understands how disease and injury can affect your ability to exercise she has a very real understanding and empathy to get clients back on their fitness path.
Sue's interest in all things to do with health and wellbeing has led her to become the dedicated and qualified Personal Trainer she is today.
